A refreshing Tia twist on the classic Americano.
50 mL Tia Maria
60mL (double shot) Coffee Espresso
10mL Sugar syrup
6 mint Leaves
Top with sparkling water
Add Tia Maria, espresso, sugar syrup, double shot of espresso and mint into a tall glass.
Add ice and top with a splash of sparkling water.
Stir and garnish with a mint leaves.
Slap the mint gently on your palm to release its aroma.
