Ingredients
50ml Bruichladdich The Classic Laddie Whisky
20ml Lemon juice
15ml Golden syrup
120ml Soda water
1 Lemon wedge
Garnishes
Lemon wedge
Method

Pour ingredients except for soda water, into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake well & pour into a tall glass.
Top with soda water.

Bartender's Tip

Substitute Golden syrup for Maple or Agave syrup.
