40ml The Botanist Gin
30ml Lemon juice
20ml Sugar syrup
0.5 Egg white
1 Lemon slice
Garnishes

Method

Add ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
Shake well, pour & strain into a chilled martini glass.

Chill your glass with ice prior to serving.
