Ingredients
35mL Martin Miller’s Westbourne Strength Gin
5 Raspberries
25mL Lemon juice
15mL Dry vermouth
10-15mL Sugar syrup
1 Egg white
Method
Muddle 5 raspberries.
Add all ingredients into a shaker and dry shake.
Add ice and wet shake.
Strain and pour into a chilled coupe glass.
