Ingredients
50ml Martin Miller’s Westbourne Gin
10 Mint leaves
25ml Jasmine silver tea
5ml Clover honey
Method

Add mint, clover honey and tea to bottom of a julep tin and muddle gently. Fill halfway with crushed ice and add Westbourne Gin. Churn mixture, top julep tin with crushed ice.

Bartender's Tip

Garnish with mint sprig.
