Ingredients
50ml Martin Miller’s Gin
50ml Camomile tea (cold)
10ml Pineapple juice
5ml Clover honey syrup
Method

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake to combine. Fine Strain into a chilled cocktail or nick and nora glass.

Bartender's Tip

For a classic margarita omit the Mezcal and replace with chilli or few dashes of tabasco sauce.
