Ingredients
20ml Cointreau
40ml Mount Gay Rum Silver
15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
15ml Fresh Lime Juice
1Bar spoon Orange Marmalade
Cinnamon Powder
Garnishes
Blood orange slice
Cinnamon stick.
Method

Add all ingredients into a chilled shaker, add ice, shake and strain.
Add ice to a tumbler, garnish with blood orange and cinnamon stick.

Bartender's Tip

Replace Orange Marmalade with any other marmalade of your choice & garnish with matching fresh fruit.
