This Highland Park Whisky Viking Sour is the ultimate of whisky sours. This whisky’s smoky flavour gives this drink its edgy taste. The first documented reference to the Whiskey Sour was in a Wisconsin newspaper in 1870.
60mL Highland Park 12YO
30mL lemon juice
10mL caramel syrup
Pinch of pink salt
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Shake well and pour over fresh ice. Garnish with Pear slices.
For a classic margarita omit the Mezcal and replace with chilli or few dashes of tabasco sauce.
