Ingredients
50mL Highland Park 12 YO Whisky
30mL Lemon juice
100-120mL hot water
1 tablespoon Honey
1 Cinnamon stick
Lemon wedge
Method
Pour Whisky into a tall glass with a handle.
Add lemon juice & hot water.
Stir in honey until dissolved.
Garnish with cinnamon stick & lemon wedge.
Bartender’s Tip:
Add in 3-4 whole cloves for a spicy twist.
