Martin Miller's Tea For Two


35mL Westbourne
5mL Elderflower cordial
5mL Earl grey syrup
5mL Orange juice
Top up with champagne


Make Earl grey syrup by adding two tea bags to 100mL boiling water. Leave to infuse for 15 minutes with two teaspoons of white sugar. Add all ingredients except champagne to a cocktail shaker. Give a quick shake to chill. Fine strain into champagne flute and top with champagne.

Bartender’s Tip:

Garnish with Raspberry.
