50ml Martin Miller’s Westbourne Gin
5ml Lapsang Souchang Syrup
10ml Chai Syrup
10ml Lemon Juice
3 Juniper berries.
Small lemon peel
Garnishes
Small lemon peel
Juniper berries
Method

Preheat the tea cup with hot water. Add all ingredients except hot water to a shaker and stir to combine. Empty heated teacup and add mixture to it. Add hot water and stir.

Bartender's Tip

Garnish with small slice of lemon peel and 3 juniper berries.
