Ingredients
50mL Martin Miller’s Westbourne Gin
5mL Lapsang Souchang Syrup
10mL Chai Syrup
10mL Lemon Juice
Method
Preheat the tea cup with hot water. Add all ingredients except hot water to a shaker and stir to combine. Empty heated teacup and add mixture to it. Add hot water and stir.
Bartender’s Tip:
Garnish with small slice of lemon peel and 3 juniper berries.
