Ingredients
40ml Martin Miller’s Gin
20ml Oolong Tea (cold brew)
-7.75ml Wine vinegar
Dash of soy sauce
Garnishes
Orange twist
Method

Add a dash of soy sauce to the bottom of a shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients to the shaker. Add ice and shake until cold. Fine strain cocktail into Nick & Nora Glass.
