Ingredients
40mL Martin Miller’s Gin
20mL Oolong Tea (cold brew)
1.25mL wine vinegar
Dash of soy sauce
Method
Add a dash of soy sauce to the bottom of a shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients to the shaker. Add ice and shake until cold. Fine strain cocktail into Nick & Nora Glass.
Bartender’s Tip:
Garnish with orange twist.
