25mL Mount Gay Eclipse Rum
30mL shot of espresso
5mL Sugar syrup
Pour the Tia Maria, rum, espresso & sugar syrup into a shaker. Fill with ice and shake well. Strain into a tumbler filled with ice. Finish it by pouring the milk slowly on top.
