Mozart Salty Chocolate

This deliciously decadent Mozart Salty Chocolate cocktail is the perfect fusion between salty and sweet. One sip will have you wanting more. Mozart Chocolate Cream Liqueur is made with Belgian chocolate, fresh cream and aromatic notes of vanilla and cocoa – this fine blend, together with the special manufacturing process, makes Mozart Chocolate Cream Liqueur a unique Austrian speciality. Fine gourmet chocolate ingredients are used to create a wonderfully well-rounded cream liqueur, which adds a touch of sweetness to the day and makes the evening unforgettable.


40mL Mozart Chocolate Cream
15mL Mount Gay Eclipse (Dark) Rum
15mL light cream
1 tbsp cinnamon syrup
1 dash Angostura aromatic bitter (optional)
1 Chocolate ball


Put salt on a plate and moisten glass rim with cinnamon syrup.  Salt-cinnamon rim your glass.
Shake all of the ingredients and put them in a cocktail glass, pour and serve. Garnish with Chocolate ball/s


Bartender’s Tip:

Replace cream with 60mL milk for a lighter tasting cocktail.
