Yellow Rose Rye Whiskey (45% ABV) a small batch limited production whiskey made to create a grain-forward Rye: the result is a highly versatile liquid ideal to be enjoyed neat, on the rocks or in mixed drinks. Made from 95% rye, this whiskey is a true American classic – perfect for fine cocktails and is completely hand-selected, blended and bottled in Texas. Its flavour on the nose is vanilla & pine with a hint of vanilla. On the palate it is slightly sweet, spearmint with mild pepper and maple whilst on the finish it is much less spicy/peppery than other Rye whiskies. A multi-award-winning rye whiskey it has won Double Gold in the New York World Wine and Spirits Competition 2013, amongst others.

Mild vanilla and pine with a hint of brown sugar.
Slightly sweet, spearmint with mild pepper and maple.
Medium finish with less pepper than other rye whiskeys.
