60ml Cointreau
20ml Fresh Lime Juice
3-6 slices Green Apple
1-2 fresh Rosemary Swigs
Top with Soda Water
Garnishes
Green apple slices
Rosemary swigs
Method

Pour Cointreau and lime juice into a sharing jug.
Add ice, green apple slices and rosemary.
Top with soda and stir.

 

Serves 4.
