Add all ingredients to the cup. Muddle the mint with all the other ingredients, then add crushed ice (add some ice cubes to a kitchen towel and crush it with a kitchen roller/heavy implement). Churn the cocktail and the ice with a spoon, then top with fresh ice, a good mint sprig, and dust with Icing sugar.
