45ml Licor 43
15ml St Remy Signature Brandy
15ml Espresso
30ml Vanilla Ice Cream
Garnishes
Vanilla bean
Method

Add Licor 43, brandy, coffee and ice to the shaker. Shake well and pour into glass. Melt the ice cream and pour on top. Garnish with a vanilla bean.
