30ml Fresh Lime Juice
15ml Simple Syrup
Garnishes
Fresh or dehydrated lime.
Method

Pour all ingredients into a shaker, add ice, shake well.

Fine strain and pour into a coupe glass. Garnish with a fresh or dehydrated lime.
