20ml Passoà
40ml Vodka
20ml Vanilla Syrup
15ml Lime Juice
1 Passionfruit
Garnishes
Passionfruit half
Method

Halve the passion fruit, saving one half for garnish. Shave a handful of ice. Place in shaker with all the ingredients and the pulp from the other half of passionfruit. Shake well. Pour into a martini glass. Garnish with a sprig of mint and passionfruit half.
