3Dashes of Angostura Bitters
1 Brown Sugar Cube
60ml St Remy XO
1pce Orange Zest
Orange Slice
1 Maraschino Cherry
Garnishes
Orange slice
Method

Add 3 dashes of Angostura Bitters over the brown sugar.
Fill the glass with ice cubes, pour St Remy XO and stir.
Squeeze the orange zest over the glass.
