15ml Dry Vermouth
15ml Manzanilla Sherry
2Dash Orange Bitters
90ml Elderflower Tonic Water
Garnishes
Green olive
Orange peel
Method

Add ice to the tall glass. Pour all ingredients. Mix well. Garnish with an olive and orange peel.
