Ingredients
60mL The Botanist
20mL Fresh lime juice
20mL Simple syrup
6 Mint leaves
1Dash Orange bitters
Garnishes
Lime Wheel
Pink Peppercorns
Method

In a cocktail shaker, gently muddle 6-8 mint leaves with the simple syrup. Add The Botanist, orange bitters and lime with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Garnish with a lime wheel and pink peppercorns.
