50ml The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
10ml Dry Vermouth
3Dash Dashes Orange Bitters
Garnishes
Sugared grape
Method

Mash the grapes in a mixing glass. Add gin, vermouth, bitters and ice. Swirl around to cool. Double strain into a martini glass. Squeeze orange oils on top. Garnish with sugared grape.
