This year, Cointreau has teamed up with Cruise Bar to bring you stunning cocktails in a beautiful setting during Vivid Festival Sydney, which is being held from Friday 24th May until Saturday 15th June.

Celebrating it’s 10th year, Vivid Festival has become a place where art, technology and commerce intertwine. Three weeks of game changing ideas and seminars, amazing music and light sculptures that reshape the city. Local venues are transformed to accommodate crowds flowing into key areas such as the Rocks, Overseas Passenger Terminal, Opera House & Circular Quay.

The Cruise Bar at the Overseas Passenger Terminal is a prime location to enjoy the lights. Delight in panoramic views of The Sydney Opera House, The Museum of Contemporary Art and all the festivities at Circular Quay during Vivid. Experience Australia’s finest produce and warmest welcome, surrounded by great outdoors. There’s always something happening on deck at Cruise Bar and this year Cointreau has taken over the ambience and the cocktail menu!

Cointreau, Dry Vermouth, lemon juice, & 5 spice syrup garnished with a sprig of fresh thyme.

PINK COMET COSMOPOLITAN

Cointreau, Smirnoff Vodka & cranberry juice shaken with lime juice.

BEACON OF LIGHT

Cointreau, Mt Gay Black Barrel, pineapple caramel, lime juice, mint leaves, angostura bitters garnished with mint sprig & dehydrated pineapple.

SWITCHED ON SUMMIT SOUR

Remy VSOP, Cointreau, lemon juice, ginger syrup, egg white, orange bitters garnished with bitters line.

IN THE LIMELIGHT MARGARITA

Cointreau & El Jimador Tequila shaken with lime juice.
