45ml METAXA 12 Stars
30ml Orange Juice (three wedges)
15ml Cinnamon Syrup
Top with soda
Method

Dry shake the METAXA 12 Stars & orange, juice (muddle if needed). Add ice & cinnamon syrup (sugar syrup with cinnamon) shake with ice & strain in a highball glass with fresh ice.
