Join Spirits Academy Brand Ambassador Max Borrowman and Campbell Nicol from Rude Boy for an afternoon of hands-on cocktail making, education, and friendly competition.
This isn’t your typical cocktail masterclass. Rather than simply watching demonstrations, guests will get behind the bar and create cocktails themselves. After learning techniques and flavour principles from Max and Campbell, participants will take on an interactive Black Box Cocktail Challenge, using a selection of surprise ingredients to build their own creative drinks.
Working with Cointreau, Mount Gay Rum, Teremana Tequila, and REAL Syrups, attendees will create their own twists on classic cocktails such as the Margarita and Mai Tai, learning practical skills and gaining confidence with premium spirits and mixers.
