80ml Ginger Beer
Lime Juice
Lime Wedge
Method

Add Mount Gay Black barrel or XO rum & ice into a tumbler glass.
Top with Ginger beer & squeeze a lemon wedge into the glass.

Rub the lime around the glass rim to balance the flavours as you drink.
