40ml Sierra Antiguo Plata
20ml Cointreau
30ml Fresh Lime Juice
50ml Raspberry Puree
1half lemongrass
Garnishes
Fresh Raspberries

Method

Infuse a half a lemon grass for one hour in Sierra Antiguo Plata tequila. Put all ingredients into a blender filled up with crushed ice. Blend until it has a solid texture. Pour into a classic margarita glass and garnish with a fresh raspberries and lemongrass.
