Ingredients
50ml Tia Maria
60ml (Double shot) Coffee Espresso
10ml Sugar syrup
6 Mint Leaves
Top with sparkling Water
Garnishes
Mint leaves
Method

Add Tia Maria, espresso, sugar syrup, double shot of espresso and mint into a tall glass.
Add ice and top with a splash of sparkling water stir.

Bartender's Tip

Slap the mint gently on your palm to release its aroma.
