40mL Los Siete Misterios Doba-Yej Mezcal
20mL simple syrup (1 sugar: 1 hot water)
20mL Fiorente elderflower liqueur
20mL Fresh lemon juice
3slices Cucumber
Garnishes
Cucumber slices
Method

Gently muddle cucumbers in a cocktail shaker. Add remaining ingredients with ice and shake until chilled. Double strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish.
