Yellow Rose Outlaw Bourbon Whiskey

Yellow Rose Outlaw Bourbon Whiskey (46% ABV) breaks all the traditional bourbon laws. The very first product the distillery released and named ‘Outlaw’ because it breaks the traditional bourbon rules. All bourbons should be made from at least 51% American Yellow Corn, but ‘Outlaw’ is hand-crafted in small batches with 100% locally sourced organic corn and aged in small American oak barrels. Outlaw Bourbon is a full-flavoured drink with warm caramel and vanilla overtones. It is produced with a very traditional double pot distillation method to retain more flavour during the distilling process. On the nose it has an intense aroma, rich caramel and vanilla with a hint of floral whilst on the palate it is slightly sweet and extremely rich. The finish is long, maintaining caramel and vanilla, just like a good dessert. Their traditional pot stills help them produce a true small-batch whiskey. It is a multi-award-winning bourbon whiskey winning Double Gold in the San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2013 and recently won Double Gold Medal 2019 in The Fifty Best Awards.
