30ml Lemon juice
15ml Sugar syrup
Garnishes
Lemon Zest
Method

Preparation
Pour all the ingredients into a shaker, fill it with a lot of ice, shake well, double strain into a glass.

Glass and garnish
Serve in a Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with lemon zest.
