20ml Chartreuse Yellow
1Whole Egg
1Pinch Nutmeg
Garnishes
Freshly ground nutmeg
Method

Add ingredients into an ice-filled shaker and shake well. Double strain and pour into a coupe glass and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
