20ml Licor 43 Original
45ml Naked Malt Blended Scotch
30ml Dark-roast Espresso
10ml Simple Syrup (optional)
2dashes Chocolate Bitters
3 Raspberries
Garnishes
3 Raspberries
Method

Add all the ingredients to shaker. Dry shake (no ice). Add ice and shake again until chilled. Double/fine strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe glass.

Skewer 3 raspberries, and gently rest this on top of the cocktail’s pillow-like crema.
