Escape to the tropics with the Mount Gay Rum Cinna Coco Colada, a tantalizing fusion of smooth rum, exotic coconut, and a hint of cinnamon that brings back memories of a tropical paradise.

45ml Mount Gay Black Barrel
45ml Almond Milk
20ml Coconut Cinnamon Syrup
Few drops Angostura Bitters
Garnishes
Angostura
Fresh Grated Cinnamon
Lemon Wheel
Method

In a mixing tin, add ingredients, then ice and shake. Strain over crushed ice in a tall glass and garnish with Angostura, lemon wheel and fresh grated cinnamon.

SYRUP: To make the syrup, place equal parts sugar to water. Bring to boil then turn off. Add 1⁄2 cup of dried coconut chips and 5 cinnamon sticks. Let steep for 10 minutes, strain and cool.
