The Passoã Margarita is a tropical twist on the classic margarita. The distinct and lingering passionfruit flavour makes this drink sensational! When you can’t get to the tropics, you can at least get a tropical feel with this delicious cocktail.


20ml Passoa Passionfruit liqueur
20ml Sierra Silver tequila
20ml Cointreau
30ml Freshly squeezed lime
1 Passionfruit
2-3 Mint leaves
Mint leaves

Cut passionfruit in half and scoop out flesh into a shaker. Add Passoa, tequila, Cointreau and lime into a cocktail shaker.
Add ice, shake and strain into a chilled salt-rim glass (optional).

Bartender's Tip

If fresh passionfruit is not in season, use tinned passionfruit.
