Make a Port Charlotte 10 Whisky Sour – where the bold notes of peated perfection meet the zing of citrus, crafting a symphony of flavour in every sip!


50ml Port Charlotte 10 Whisky
20ml Lemon Juice
15ml Simple Syrup
Egg White (Aquafaba - vegan)
Angostura Bitters
Lemon Zest, lemon slice or brandied cherry

Add all the ingredients into a shaker. Dry shake. (No ice.) Shake for 30 seconds. Add ice cubes and shake again for 30 seconds. Pour the drink into the glass. Garnish it with lemon zest or slice and brandied cherry, serve.
