Bloody Mary meets tequila with the Sierra Bloody Maria. A twist on this classic drink that substitutes vodka for tequila gives the drink a full-bodied flavour and an extra kick to the cocktail.


60ml Sierra Tequila Blanco
120ml Tomato juice
2 Lemon wedges
3 Dashes of Worcestershire sauce
1 Dash of Tabasco sauce
1 Pinch black pepper
Celery stalk
Lemon wedges
Celery stalks

Rim a Highball or Collins glass with celery salt and smoked paprika then fill with ice.
In a cocktail shaker add tomato juice, tequila, juice from the lemon wedges, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce and black pepper. Mix together and pour into the ice-filled glass.
