50ml St Remy XO
15ml Vanilla Syrup
25ml Lime Juice
1pce Lime zest
Method

Fill the cocktail shaker with ice.
Add all ingredients.
Shake well and strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Squeeze the lime zest over the top.
