The Botanist Gin Rosemary Sour is a delicious drink that brings out the herbaceous notes in this tasty Islay gin.


60ml The Botanist
30ml Lemon juice
30ml Rosemary syrup
15ml Egg white
Rosemary stem
Rosemary stem

Add ingredients to shaker and dry shake to emulsify the egg.
Add ice and fine strain into glass.

Bartender's Tip

Swap Rosemary garnish for thyme or herb of your choice.
