Preparing for a weekend gathering? The Botanist Spring Punch will raise the bar.


700ml The Botanist Gin
375ml Prosecco
120ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice (3 lemons)
1000ml Soda Water
1bunch Mint leaves
Seasonal fruit/edible flowers
Seasonal fruit
Edible flowers

Pour The Botanist Gin, Prosecco & lemon juice into a punch bowl. Place the ice mould into the bowl & finish with soda water.  Garnish with mint, seasonal fruit, edible flowers & serve.

Serves 20 people.

Bartender's Tip

To create a frozen garnish mould, freeze mint and other garnishes into a cake or bunt tin or ice cube mould.
