50ml The Classic Laddie
20ml Lemon Juice
15ml Cinnamon Syrup
1 Egg White
10ml Mulled wine
Method

Pour the classic laddie, lemon juice, cinnamon syrup and egg white into a shaker filled with ice. Shake well. Pour into a nick & nora glass. Float the mulled wine on top.
