The Macallan
This year The Macallan will be showcasing Macallan 12 Year Old Fine Oak (Triple Cask), 12 Year Old Double Cask and introducing 12 Year Old Sherry Oak. Matured exclusively in sherry seasoned oak casks from Jerez, Spain, The Macallan 12 Year Old Sherry Oak delivers a rich and intense single malt experience.
PHD Malts
The Progressive Hebridean Distillers will be launching some great new expressions as well as the old favourites like Classic Laddie, Bruichladdich Islay Barley 2010, Port Charlotte Islay Barley 2011 and Port Charlotte 10 Year Old. Visit us at the stand and taste the incredible Octomore 08.1 edition, 167ppm, distilled in 2008 using 100% Scottish barley, from 2007 harvest and matured in first fill American oak casks.
Naked Grouse
Naked Grouse is whisky at its most uncomplicated. Not just a blend of any old malts, but a selection of casks with strength of character. After being carefully selected, it is the six months in first-fill sherry casks that gives the Naked Grouse its flavour and name. A perfect base for whisky cocktails or enjoyed neat or over ice.
